PURPOSE: A measuring system outputting real-time image information through simultaneous height measurement by GPS information and LIDAR is provided to easily and accurately secure the horizontal position of a total station which is installed for measurement of height and level of ground and to obtain a three-dimensional map image. CONSTITUTION: A measuring system outputting real-time image information through simultaneous height measurement by GPS information and LIDAR comprises a GPS receiver(11), a measuring device(12), a sensor(13) and a controller(14). The GPS receiver receives GPS information through communication with a GPS satellite. The measuring device has functions of measuring the distance and angle between the current position and a remote position. The sensor comprises a tripod, a receiving box(132), a support stand(133), and a tilt sensor(134) which is composed of a laser gun irradiating a light beam to a sensor panel. The controller operates the laser gun of the sensor.
