PURPOSE: An apparatus for guiding the secession of cut pieces for a food slicer is provided to make the successive falling action of sliced meat to be effectively performed without crumpling the sliced meat. CONSTITUTION: In a conventional food slicer comprised of a cutting blade part(10), a meat loading part, and a sliced meat transfer part, a pair of guides(12) are fixed at the bottom surface of the cutting blade part so as to fix a forward and backward transfer member(13). One of guides is fastened to a body by using a bolt(14) while maintaining a gab with the body, thereby the guide is able to be moved freely according to the fastening degree of the bolt so as to pressurize the transfer member. Also, another adjusting bolt(17) penetrating a fixing plate(16) separably coupled with the body through a bolt(15) is also fastened to the transfer member, thereby the transfer member is able to be moved forward and backward via the adjustment of the fastening bolt. A fixed block(21) having a guide plate(20) is coupled to the transfer member by interposing a guide rod(18), and the guide plate is installed to be moved up and down by using a bolt(22) provided in the fixed block.
