PURPOSE: An optical bench is provided to have an improved structure for increasing a margin of optical element assembly tolerance by reducing an optical path. CONSTITUTION: An optical bench includes a substrate(100), a plurality of input and output optical fibers(120a,120b,150a,150b) placed on the substrate at a predetermined distance for guiding an input light and an output light, optical elements(130a,130b) located at ends of the input and output optical fibers(120a,120b,150a,150b) for converging and/or diverging the light impinging thereonto and a number of micro mirrors(140,140') arranged in the form of matrix for reflecting the light beam from the optical elements(130a,130b) to a predetermined channel.
