<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving unit protecting a harness from a movable part, regarding the driving unit including a motor and a rotating body driven by the motor, and having a constitution that the rotating body is supported by a motor supporting member for supporting the motor and a counter member facing the motor supporting member, and used while being attached to a main body side plate, and also to provide an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: Harness grooves 521 and 522 are formed in the surface coming in contact with the main body side plate 400, of the counter member 520, and a harness duct is formed of the harness grooves 521 and 522 and the main body side plate 400 when the driving unit 501Y is attached to the main body side plate 400. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
