PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noncontact IC chip, a noncontact IC module, and a noncontact IC information processing medium which eliminates the need to cross an antenna even when the antenna in use is nearly as large as a chip. SOLUTION: The noncontact IC chip 10 and antenna 30 are connected by an outer peripheral part antenna connection terminal 12 provided nearby the outer periphery of the noncontact IC chip 10 and a center part antenna connection terminal 11 provided nearby the center part and then the antenna can be connected without being crossed, so that the antenna can be formed in wafer units. |
