PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display one line without carrying out electric nor optical wiring to positions corresponding to respective pixels in the one line. SOLUTION: An optical element is equipped with a hollow tubular clad part 10 and a light source 30 for making light incident on the inner side of the clad part 10 and has a core part 20 formed in the clad part 10 by charging and sealing at least two or more fluid media 21 and 22 which are transparent to the incident light and an interface 23 formed as a surface nearly perpendicular to the incident light between adjacent media in the clad part 10; and the light which is made incident from the light source 30 can be guided out of the clad part 10 from the interface 23. An optical device using the optical element is provided. |
