PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener capable of surely locking a screw driven from the front surface side of a ceiling plate, a wall plate or the like even when it is arranged on the back surface side of the ceiling plate, the wall plate or the like. SOLUTION: This fastener is provided with a luminaire-side fixing piece 12 fixed to the outer periphery of a luminaire-mounting frame body 31, and a wall plate-side fixing piece 11 fixed to the back surface of the wall plate 20; and multiple small holes 14 piercing the wall plate-side fixing piece 11 are formed as screw holes on the whole wall plate-side fixing piece 11. When a screw 50 is driven from an appropriate position on the front side of the wall plate 20 in a state where the wall plate-side fixing piece contacts the back surface of the wall plate 20, the tip of the screw having pierced the wall plate 20 enters into any of the small holes 14 to expand the small hole 14, is screwed thereto while deforming, and is firmly fixed thereto.
