The device (1) has a wall panel (4) arranged at a base (3) i.e. flat concrete base, where the device is arranged on and/or adjacent to a transport route. A part of a connecting device (6) i.e. steel connecting plate, is arranged in regions of front sides (5) of the wall panel and/or the base for connecting the wall panel and the base with each other. A part of the base forms a vertical rotational axis for the connecting device. The base has a longitudinal extension corresponding to a longitudinal extension of the wall panel formed from rubber particle/concrete or rubber particle/plastic. |
