When the power supply device (100, 200, 300, 400) is connected to the portable electronic apparatus (500), the first terminal (511) of the designated connector (510) is logic high, the fourth terminal (514) of the designated connector (510) is logic high, and the third terminal (513) of the designated connector (510) is logic high after pulling up the voltage level of the second terminal (512), the judgment circuit (530) pulls down the voltage level of the third terminal (513) and detects the voltage level of the third terminal (513) so as to generate a determining result (DR3) for determining a type of the power supply device (100, 200, 300, 400).
