PURPOSE: A harbor embankment is provided to circulate the appointed quantity of seawater and to diminish an ocean current, to utilize an upper plate as a passage stably, and to secure the supply and drainage of seawater. CONSTITUTION: The harbor embankment(11) for protecting the inland waters of a harbor comprises the steps of fixing many walls(12) on the seabed at regular intervals on one side of the embankment to diminish an ocean current such as waves and assembling an upper plate(14) on the upper side of the embankment to enhance stability, assembling both ends of each support bar(13) by many fixtures formed on both surfaces of the wall, and inserting many support bars(13) having a circulating section(20) to the upper, lower and right, left sides horizontally.
