PURPOSE: Provided is a small-sized ozone skin therapy system for wound treatment using ozone, to help a user easily attach/detach to/from skin while moving around and to increase skin treatment efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The ozone skin therapy system includes a body(20), a blocking unit(30) and an attachment(40). The body(20) is composed of a power cell such as lithium batteries, a switch, a high-voltage generating circuit, and an ozone generator(15) for generating ozone through corona discharge. The blocking unit(30) is made of vinyl or silicon rubber, and attached to a wounded skin for blocking ozone from escaping to outside. The attachment(40) is preferably rubber band or adhesive tape for adhering the therapy system to the wounded skin, and has an embossed inner surface.
