PURPOSE: A wireless communication terminal having a flashlight function using a piezo-electric effect and a method thereof are provided to supply power to a lamp by using a piezo-electric element which generates an electric current corresponding to an external pressure, thereby performing a flashlight function even when a charging device power is used up. CONSTITUTION: An operation/control device(52) supplies an electric current received through a current transmitter(60) from a piezo-electric element(59) to lamps(22,32). A CODEC(53) converts a signal received from a wireless transceiving device(51) into a voice to output the voice to a voice output device(55), converts a signal received from a voice input device(58) into a signal to send the signal to the operation/control device(52), and delivers the signal through the wireless transceiving device(51). Buttons(21,31) transmit a pressure applied by a user's finger to the piezo-electric element(59). The piezo-electric element(59) generates an electric current by corresponding to the pressure, and sends the current to the operation/control device(52). The lamps(22,32) generate lights.
