PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat a beverage in a container by spraying high temperature/high pressure water heated by a pressure-type warm water tank from an injection nozzle to a beverage container while holding the high temperature. SOLUTION: This beverage heating device is configured to spray high temperature/high pressure water supplied from the pressure type warm water tank 2 through the injection nozzle 9 to the peripheral face of the beverage container 6 carried into a heating chamber 1. The heating chamber is configured as a closed and pressure-proof structure, and the jet flow of the high temperature/high pressure water is sprayed from the injection nozzle to the beverage container in a state that the heating chamber is closed. Also, a steam pipe 14 equipped with an opening/closing valve 13 is arranged between the heating chamber and the warm water tank, and the heating chamber is provided with a bursting valve 15, and high pressure steam is introduced from the warm water tank to the heating chamber after completing the heating of the beverage container, and a heat medium remaining in the chamber is made to flow back to the tank, and the bursting valve is opened, and the pressure of the heating chamber is returned to an atmospheric pressure, so that the heated beverage container can be safely taken out.
