<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a jacking pipe row including a curved section. <P>SOLUTION: An engaging means 3 is arranged so as to be engaged with a jacking pipe, and a towing means 2 is arranged in a shaft G<SB>1</SB>, and these engaging means 3 and towing means 2 are connected by arranging a tractive force transmitting means 4 composed of a plurality of long size units 41 and a joint part 40 inside the jacking pipe row. Since the respective long size units 4 are composed of a plurality of strips of PC steel bars 410, tractive force is linearly transmitted, and since the joint part 40 can adjust the long size units 40 to a desired angle, the tractive force can be transmitted up to the engaging means 3 from the towing means 2 while properly bending the transmission direction.
