<p>It is an object of the present invention to easily and appropriately determine a center hole position of a crankshaft. A method of determining a center hole is configured to determine a center hole of a material crankshaft that is obtained by molding with top and bottom molds, and the method includes first to fourth steps. In the first step, shape data are obtained for respective portions molded by the molds. In the second step, measured data of each portion and designed data corresponding thereto are compared for computing a misalignment amount of each portion due to misalignment between the molds. In the third step, data regarding the misalignment amount is interpolated based on the misalignment amount for reproducing actual shape data. In the fourth step, a center hole is determined for setting the rotational balance of the material crankshaft to be in a predetermined range based on the actual shape data.</p> |
