PURPOSE: A producing method of salt without harmful components is provided to reduce the salty taste of the salt, and to increase the alkaline property and the mineral content. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of salt without harmful components comprises the following steps: molding a container with a mixture formed with yellow soil and clay, and drying(S1); mixing yellow soil powder with a solution containing effective microorganisms, to make a coating solution(S2); spreading the coating solution inside the container, and drying(S3); filing the container with natural salt(S4); and firing the container(S5).
