PURPOSE: An excavator for removing concrete without excavating a manhole area, capable of preventing the clogging of underground buried pipes due to concrete, is provided to reduce construction cost by omitting a repairing task by using a non-excavation mode. CONSTITUTION: An excavator for removing concrete comprises a hydraulic cylinder(11), a hydraulic motor(12), a power head(13), a lot(14) and a hammer(15). The hydraulic cylinder moves by fluid pressure. The hydraulic motor is installed between the hydraulic cylinders and generates rotation power. The power head transfers the power of the hydraulic motor. The power head has an air supply nozzle(131). The lot is connected to the power head. The hammer is combined in the lot.
