PURPOSE: A crystal roasting plate is provided to stably remove oil while minimizing a production cost by enabling the exchange of a roasting unit. CONSTITUTION: A crystal roasting plate comprises a roasting unit(10), an oil guide unit(20), and a fixing unit(30). The roasting unit has uniform thickness and a central portion which is upwardly bent at a gentle slope. The oil guide unit has an inner plane connected to an external section. The fixing unit includes a roasting supporting plane(31) and a guide unit(32). Liquid byproduct is collected at the space formed between the roasting unit and an external section.
