In the recorder storage unit the re are electronic document coded patterns comprising codified information fields, for location of cash payment references. With forming electronic document in the cash recorder memory there is a corresponding an electronic document codified pattern with information fields filled with cash payment references In the information field there is a cash payment identifier. In the information field there is information from a public key certificate identified a recorder and its holder, they enter electronic digital signature data and store a formed document in the recorder memory as a file and assign a name to the file comprising cash payment or report identifier. Printing a cashier's check they output values only those information document fields to have been filled in forming of the document and signed with an electronic digital signature. At visualization of the electronic document they use a codified pattern of the document, an identic codified pattern of the document. The method provides enhancement of recorder operating efficiency and financial reporting control objectivity. |
