<p>PURPOSE: A high-frequency induction heat processing unit for a magnetic track bush is provided to streamline high-frequency quenching thermal processes of a magnetic track bush. CONSTITUTION: A high-frequency induction heat processing unit for a magnetic track bush comprises a high-frequency wave inducing unit(110), an outer coolant supply unit(210), and an inner coolant supply unit(220). The high-frequency wave inducing unit is adjacent to a transfer line and is used in a thermal process among manufacturing processes of track bushes. The outer coolant supply unit is placed around the high-frequency wave inducing unit. The outer coolant supply unit comprises multiple spray nozzle holes. The coolant supply part comprises multiple injection nozzles.</p> |
