PURPOSE: A wire clamping device is provided to conveniently stretch a circle wire and attach between roll members with less power. CONSTITUTION: A wire clamping device comprises follows. A wire is settled between roller members. The roller members are located on a shaft(121) to be separated from a fixed panel. A wire shoulder comprises a rotary piece(10), a rotary axis(30) and an eccentric cam part(20). The rotation axis is rotated with external force. The eccentricity cam part is formed between the rotary piece and rotary axis.
