The device includes a first unit capable of calculating a dynamic torque component not adapted to a slope and/or load situation; a second unit for adaptation to the slope and/or load situation delivering a dynamic torque component adapted to the slope and/or load situation; a third unit capable of calculating a static torque component not adapted to the slope and/or load situation; and a fourth unit for adaptation to the slope and/or load situation delivering a static torque component adapted to the slope and/or load situation.
