Subject: lock equipped with adjustable security bolt - installation method of same on door and window leaves. Constitution: a lock with pivoting or oscillating handle (6a, 6b) comprising adjustable carrier 4 of one at least securing bolt which is a screw 5 equipped with the end ring 5a; said ring is adapted to the sleeve 8 and supported by the spring 32 averting any damage of the bold and/or steady pin 41 installed on the frame of the striking plate 40 in case of impact with the bolt being in the locking position. The lock in question may be installed on the sliding leave 20 without sleeves 8 bearing the screws 5 upon suitable regulation of the accurate connection of the width of the carriers 4 to the bearer 3, 3’ the pivoting action of which is initiated by the handle 6a, 6b. In the sequel, the sleeves 8 are inserted into the apertures 20b formed, in an adequate position, onto the transverse wall of the chamber destined for the installation of the lock of the profile of the sliding leave 20; finally, the tightening of the arrangements of the security bolt on the carriers 4 is achieved via Allen-type key inserted through the aperture 1c of the internal recessed handle 1. |
