A method for thermoelectric selfalloyed PbTe of p-type consists in is that the original substances: tellurium and lead are placed in vacuumized quartz ampoule, which is placed into the furnace an oven and maintained at a certain temperature, then the ampoule is cooled to room temperature, the produced ingots are grinded into fractions and powder pressing is carried out. The initial substances - lead of purity grade of C-000 and tellurium - T-HC is taken in the mass ratio m= 61.850, m= 38.150, heating ampoules are carried out in two stages - preliminary heating at 830 K for 1 hour and the synthesis at a temperature of 1320 K for 1 hour, then grinded fractions of the synthesized compound of 0.5- are submersed to hot pressing at pressures of (1.2 ÷ 1.5) GPa. |
