PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro lens of image sensor and to provide its forming method. SOLUTION: The image sensor, comprising a micro lens having both sides profiled in curved surface for increasing a focal length, makes a condensing efficiency to a target light receiving element high, and can prevent light from leaking to an adjacent light receiving element.
