PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travel support apparatus of a vehicle suitably controlling a travel support means by monitoring detection information of a navigation device and using only effective detection information. SOLUTION: The difference between a road curvature which a second curvature obtaining means RC2 obtains from the navigation device NAV and a road curvature which a first curvature obtaining means RC1 obtains based on a travel lane that a travel lane detection means LD detects from an image of a road surface is compared with a predetermined value in accordance with the travel distance of the vehicle, and the travel support means AD(a lane keeping assist, a lighting for variably controlling the direction of illumination or the like) is controlled based on the result.
