PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus which is relatively simple and durable for controlling pressure in an ink container of an inkjet printer. SOLUTION: This invention relates to the apparatus for controlling the pressure in the ink container of the inkjet printer, and also relates to the inkjet printer equipped with a printer head with the ink container. The ink container contains liquid ink and a gas volume above the level of this ink.
