PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anomaly diagnostic apparatus capable of diagnosing an abnormality of a bearing at high accuracy by eliminating the effect of oscillation frequency fluctuation by fluctuation of rotation frequency of the bearing. SOLUTION: The anomaly diagnostic apparatus comprises a detection processing part 30 for sampling an oscillation signal from an oscillation detector 31 of the bearing 20 and outputting the value as an electric signal, and a diagnosis processing part 40 for diagnosing the abnormality of the bearing 20 based on the output of the detection processing part 30. The detection processing part 40 comprises an A/D converter 33 for sampling an oscillating signal and outputting the value as the electrical signal whenever an A/D conversion trigger pulse is inputted, and a PLL circuit 34 for generating an A/D conversion trigger pulse. The PLL circuit 34 performs synchronous pull-in so that the frequency of a rotation pulse from the rotation detector 32 of the bearing 20 and the frequency of the A/D conversion trigger pulse establish a proportional relation.
