The method consists in introduction of fetal cells into the mouse intact line cells, after that the expression of protho-oncogenes in the lymph poetic complex cells shall be determined and compared with the proto-oncogene in mouse with genetically programmed development of oncopathology – mouse of line C3H/He Lac. |
