The invention relates to devices and tools for fine dust collecting. A device for fine dust collecting includes a body with located therein fan-type sprayer of liquid, a generator of turbulence made of rods in the form of a honeycomb lattice installed over the fan-type sprayer of liquid at a distance equal to the length of initial area of forming turbulent field. The width of bars b of honeycomb lattice and mesh size M are chosen from the condition of retaining at least 70 % of the effective cross-section of inlet fitting. Effect: increased degree of purification of gas due to reliability and efficiency of the dust collecting process of dust fractions with particle size less than 10 microns.
