BIAS CIRCUIT OF POWER AMPLIFIER HAVING TEMPERATURE COMPENSATION FOR HIGH LINEARITY UNDER COLD TEMPERATURE

PURPOSE: A bias circuit of power amplifier having temperature compensation for high linearity under cold temperature is provided to maintain high linearity under low temperature by using a semiconductor resistor of which resistance is changed according to temperate. CONSTITUTION: A first power source is supplied to a second power source to compensate a current applied to a power device. A first resistor is connected between the first power source and the second power source. A temperature compensation is performed to maintain high linearity under low temperature. A first resistor comprises a semiconductor with resistance in proportion to temperature.
