PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the performance of a speaker device from being deteriorated by reducing the generation of disturbance of flow of air on the back surface side of the speaker device. SOLUTION: A frame is formed into a streamline and curved shape. The cross section shape of its external peripheral wall is formed to have a cross section shape of an almost bowl type. When the device is driven, the air in the back surface side of the speaker device easily flows to a diaphragm side. The disturbance of the air flow can be reduced in the back surface side of the speaker device, e. g. in the vicinity of the bottom surface side of the external peripheral wall of a magnetic circuit housing section. As a result, disadvantages such as deterioration of the performance of the speaker device and deterioration of sound quality can be prevented. In the frame of the speaker, a plurality of notches are formed with necessary intervals on the external peripheral wall of the magnetic circuit housing section. With this configuration, exchange of thermal transmission can be easily performed between the heated side wall of a yoke being a constituent of a magnetic circuit system and the cooled fresh ambient air, and the above action and effect can be obtained.
