PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize a set amplitude level against temperature variation. SOLUTION: In an amplitude setting circuit which sets an amplitude level of an output signal corresponding to an input signal, a current flowing to a 1st diode-connected transistor (Q5) and a current flowing to a 1st driving transistor (Q1) are set to designated relation to remove temperature variation in potential at a 1st connection portion between the 1st driving transistor (Q1) and a transistor (M1) of a 1st conductivity type, and a current flowing to a 2nd diode-connected transistor (Q6) and a current flowing to a 2nd driving transistor (Q4) are set to designated relation to remove temperature variation in potential at a 2nd connection portion between a transistor (M2) of a 2nd conductivity type and the 2nd driving transistor (Q4).
