PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust elastic biasing force in an elastic biasing means used for an open/close support mechanism. SOLUTION: A screw rod 322 is axially provided in a spring 316, the one end is brought into contact with a housing 317, the other end is arranged so that it goes through to the side of an arm 311, a dial 321 is screwed to the screw rod 322, and a position in the axial direction of the spring 316 of the dial 321 is controlled. When the dial 321 is rotated in this configuration, the screw rod 322 can be moved axially, thus moving the housing 317 in the axial direction of the spring 316 by the movement of the screw rod 322, and changing the compression length of the spring. As a result, the elastic biasing force in the spring 316 is changed, and adjustment can be made easily by rotating the dial 321 even if the elastic biasing force is reduced by aged deterioration in the spring 316.
