PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent short circuit by solder to solder contact between adjacent lands even if lands are formed with an area necessary for contact to a component terminal in a printed circuit board. SOLUTION: A land 4 including a material for adhering solder is formed around an insertion hole (terminal fixing region) 3 for fixing a component terminal 10 by soldering on a surface of a substrate body, and the land 4 is provided around the insertion hole 3 in a manner of being separated into an inner circular region 11 and an outer circular region 12. Such separation is performed using a non-solder-adhesion region by an arcuate cutout 13 with respect to a land base.
