PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device having a micro lens which improves the utilization of light. SOLUTION: The imaging device is composed of cylindrical lenses 20 with a plurality of pixels disposed in line for generating information charge on receipt of light from outside, and extended along the direction in rows of pixels on the incident plane of imaging unit; and cylindrical lenses 22 extended along the direction in columns of pixels on the cylindrical lenses 20.
