PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of realizing a desired signal driving capability without being influenced by a variation of manufacture. SOLUTION: The semiconductor device comprises a terminal for receiving a first signal set from the outside when the device is operated; a storage for fixedly holding a set state irrespective of whether the device is operated or not, and outputting a second signal responsive to the set state; and an output driver part coupled with the terminal and an output of the storage part for outputting an output signal with a driving capability responsive to the first signal and the second signal.
