A method of manufacturing broad-sheet screw blanks, in which a toothed blank is cut off, which consists of grooves and tooth plates connected by grooved ridges, with subsequent forming a helical coil and its calibration for a pitch. Forming the helical spiral is carried out by asymmetric reduction of the grooved ridges on their width by means of rolls that form between them a wedge-shaped slit. |
