PURPOSE: A stretcher capable of vertically being folded is provided to safely deliver a patient who is dangerous by lifting the lower body of the patient when the lower body of the patient goes down. CONSTITUTION: A stretcher capable of vertically being folded includes a main frame(100), a seat frame(300), a leg frame(400), and a rotation adjusting unit(600). The seat frame is coupled with a main frame to support the buttock of a human body. The leg frame is connected with a sheet frame or a main frame to enable rotation. The rotation adjusting unit adjusts vertical rotation of the leg frame.
