PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method of supervisory control and data acquisition are provided to reduce interference due to wireless channel fading and time delay. CONSTITUTION: A data generator(110) watches an operation state and generates measured data. A transmission signal modulator(120) modulates the generated information data by a symbol unit through m-PSK. A spreading code generator(130) generates a spreading code by using a zero correlation duration code set which is continuously orthogonal during a certain section. A band spreading unit(140) spreads the modulated information data through the generated spreading code. A band filter transmitter(150) transmits the spread signal to a remote supervisory control terminal.
