PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stepping motor which can reduce vibration and noise by reducing the torque loss and detent torque caused by the axial slippage of each component. SOLUTION: The stepping motor 100 is equipped with a pair of stators 20 and 30 which are equipped with the pairs of inner yokes 21 and 31 and outer yokes 22 and 32, a pair of bearings 11 and 12, and a pair of cover yokes 40 and 50, and the diameter-enlarged parts 11b and 12b of the bearings 11 and 12 are supported directly via through holes 40b and 50b by the cover yokes 40 and 50, and the diameter-reduced parts 11a and 12a of the bearings 11 and 12 directly support the outer yokes 22 and 32 via holes 22d and 32d.
