PURPOSE: An intermediate shaft for vehicle is provided to minimize the interval between a solid shaft, a slide member and a tubular shaft and to suppress noise. CONSTITUTION: An intermediate shaft for vehicle comprises a preload part(4). A preload part pressurizes the exterior of a tubular shaft(1). The preload part comprises a pressurization member(41) and a bushing(43). The pressurization member surrounds the exterior of the tubular shaft. The bushing pressurizes the exterior of the pressurization member. The pressurization member comprises a plurality of lateral processes(411) projected on the outside of the tubular shaft.
