PURPOSE: A vinyl-fixing spring manufacturing apparatus for a vinyl greenhouse is provided to mold winded wires into a vinyl-fixing spring while coating the wires with a resin at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A vinyl-fixing spring manufacturing apparatus comprises the following: a winding unit(1) including wires winded around the winding unit; an aligning unit(2) located on the process line of the wires to straighten the wires; a molding unit(3) withdrawing the wires by force, to mold the wires into a zigzag fixing spring; a heating unit(4) heating the surface of the molded fixing spring; a powder fusing unit(5) fusing resin powder to the surface of the fixing spring; a heating/cooling unit(6) repeating heating and cooling processes to the spring for heat-fusing the resin powder to coat the surface of the fixing spring; a water cooling unit(7) cooling the fixing spring with water; a tension adjusting unit(8); and a cutting unit cutting the fixing spring. |
