PURPOSE: A cooling device for high-temperature fluid, a flight vehicle therewith, and a cooling method for high-temperature fluid are provided to uniformly maintain the temperature of fluid exhausted from the cooling device. CONSTITUTION: A cooling device for high-temperature fluid comprises a heat exchanger(210), a compressor(220), a turbine(230), and a phase change material heat exchanger(260). The heat exchanger vaporizes a refrigerant. The compressor compresses fluid exhausted from the heat exchanger. The turbine lowers the temperature of the compressed fluid. The phase change material heat exchanger is connected to the turbine and stores a phase change material. And the phase change material heat exchanger heat-exchanges the fluid with the phase change material in order to control the temperature of the fluid.
