A method for making of film coating based on copolymers of chitosane, polyvinyl alcohol and dextrane, for modification of meshy polymer endoprostheses comprises the making of copolymer mix, its application onto meshy endoprosthesis and formation of film coating on it due to vacuum polymerization. The copolymer contains high molecular chitosane, polyvinyl alcohol, low molecular dextrane, as a result of copolymerization of which the double-sided sealed film coating is formed on endoprosthesis mesh. |
