PURPOSE: A magnetic array and a utilization method thereof are provided to minimize the loss of kinetic energy due to the deceleration of vehicle speed by inducing the deceleration of a vehicle by electromagnetic induction repulsive power. CONSTITUTION: A magnetisable material is scattered and adhered to a binding material into a powdered form. An induction coil part is installed in the lower part of a vehicle. A synchronizing signal sensor(35) predicts the period entry of a magnetic array(10) to a vehicle. A signal sensor inside a vehicle receives the signal of the synchronizing signal sensor. A solenoid enables the induction coil part to approach the magnetic array part. A controller rectifies the induced electromotive force. An output part enables a driver, a pedestrian, and an opposite driver to recognize when a vehicle is in a battery charging mode. |
