PURPOSE: A recording medium, a data recording/reproducing method, and a data recording/reproducing apparatus are provided to reproduce a graphic stream by 3D video recorded/reproduced in a recording medium. CONSTITUTION: A recording medium, a data recording/reproducing method, and a data recording/reproducing apparatus include a video stream, a graphic stream, and a data area(220). The video stream comprises video data. The graphic stream is reproduced together with the video stream. 3D display information for three-dimensionally displaying the graphic stream is recorded in a data area. The 3D display information includes offset which is information for horizontally moving the graphic stream and reproduction setup information applied to the offset.
