PURPOSE: A network system for scattering a fault damage is provided to reduce fault damages due to optical cable cutting. CONSTITUTION: The first base station(20) downlink-transmits a data signal. The second base station group(40) receives the downlink-transmitted data signal. The second base station group includes two or more second base stations(42,44,46). The second base stations uplink-transmit a response signal to a receiving signal. An optical communication relay group(30) relays the first base station and the second base station. The optical communication relay group includes two or more optical communication relay units(32,34).
