PURPOSE: A hand sterilization washing device of a coin insertion type is provided to be converted into an operation standby state if coin insertion is confirmed in a coin recognizing unit and enable a hand sensor placed on an upper part of a washing space to sense an infrared ray reflected upward by a hand inputted to the washing space and sense the signal to a controller, thereby minimizing malfunction. CONSTITUTION: A coin recognizing unit(70) converts a hand sterilization washing device into an operation standby state if a coin(1) is inputted to a coin insertion slot. A hand sensor(30) placed on an upper part of a washing space senses an infrared ray reflected by an inputted hand by a reflection sensor and sends an electric signal to a controller. A pump motor(44) is operated during a setup time of a pump knob according to the electric signal. A fan motor(50) operates during setup time of a fan knob. |
