<p>PURPOSE: A call control server of a mobile communication system, a terminal and a method of assigning frequency bandwidth of the same are provided to transmits load quantity information of corresponding cell by utilizing a preamble of a frame. CONSTITUTION: A load measuring unit(14) determines a cell parameter by measuring a load quantity of a cell. A frame generating unit(16) generates a frame. If a cell parameter is determined, a control unit(20) determines a preamble group of a sync signal insertion target among N numbers of preamble groups in the frame. For inserting the sync signal, the control unit transmits the generated frame to a terminal through a wired/wireless communication unit(12).</p> |
